Technical One Practical
The Cytech Technical One Practical qualification is a natural progression from Cytech Technical One Theory.
The Cytech Technical One course is recognised by most leading manufacturers and suppliers, as well as the Association of Cycle Traders (ACT) as the minimum required standard entry level qualification for anyone wishing to become a cycle mechanic.
The required knowledge at this level will give you an understanding of what's involved to construct a bike from the boxed state it often arrives in store to fully constructed.
As well as bicycle maintenance, Cytech Technical One will give you a competent understanding of customer service within the retail environment to help you ensure your customer has the most positive experience.
